Everlasting Carport Canopies

A carport is bought on trust. Everlasting needed a site that answered the four questions every customer asks — before the phone call, not during it.

The brief

Everlasting fabricate and install shade net and polycarbonate carports across Accra, Tema and Nungua. The work is sold on a site visit and a written quote, which means the website’s job is not to close the sale — it is to earn the survey booking.

Every enquiry arrived carrying the same four questions: will it stop the rain, how hot does it get underneath, how long will it last, and what will it cost. Answering those one at a time by phone was the bottleneck.

What we built

The site puts the two product paths side by side rather than burying them in prose. Shade net and polycarbonate are compared on the things buyers actually weigh — sun blocked, rain behaviour, lifespan and installation time — so a visitor self-selects before making contact.

The four recurring questions became an FAQ written in the customer’s own words. The primary call to action is a free site survey with a fixed written quote, because that is the step that actually moves a job forward.

  • Two product paths compared directly — shade net against polycarbonate, on lifespan, installation time and light
  • Objection-handling FAQ — the rain and heat questions answered on the page instead of on the phone
  • Free site survey as the primary call to action, with fixed written quotes and no hidden costs
  • Gallery of completed work, so the claim is shown rather than asserted
  • WhatsApp and phone one tap away at every screen size
