The brief
Hats Code Millinery has shaped hats and fascinators in Teshie since 2011 — for weddings, races and church. Every piece is made to order, one to one, so there is no stock to shift and no checkout to build.
The work is intensely visual and had been living on social feeds, where a piece scrolls past and is gone. What was missing was a permanent home for the collection, and a path from admiring a piece to actually asking for it.
What we built
A twelve-piece collection in which every item carries its own Order on WhatsApp action, so a visitor moves from browsing to a conversation about one specific piece without having to describe it.
The atelier section carries the credentials that matter in a craft business — fifteen years, six hundred pieces, made one to one — and bespoke commissions get their own route, kept separate from the ready-to-order collection.
- Twelve-piece collection, each with its own WhatsApp order action
- Atelier credentials made prominent — est. 2011, 600+ pieces, made one to one
- Bespoke commissions given a separate path from the catalogue
- Customer photographs as testimonials — the pieces worn, not just shot on white
- Served on Cloudflare, so the imagery loads quickly on mobile data
